The Process
Design
The home builder will prepare the proposal based on your custom home choices. This proposal is drawn up based on conversations with vendors and a detailed cost analysis.
Proposal
Financing your home runs simultaneously with the design process. Ultimately, the lending institution will want to see the home builder’s work, in the form of final plans, final specifications, and the building agreement.
Construct
The home builder should be in constant communication with you delivering detailed project timelines, conference reports, and status updates. Communication brings a ‘no surprises’ approach to change orders and build schedule.
Warranty
After the project is complete, the builder will walk you through a final inspection to see that you are satisfied with every aspect of your new home.

MadClay Homes has numerous land availability options with either proposed home designs or we can work with you to custom design your new home.
